As a local physician I am embarrassed by how primary Care associates treats those in the local community. They do not take any discounts for cash payments yet they discount 2/3 to the insurance company. On top of that they will double bill you for exams. They will bill you one bill for a physical of 450.00 and then they will double bill you another exam for any other complaints that you have on top of that for another $450.
