Discharged from the practice for wanting "too much control" over my health care needs after my complaints were routinely dismissed. Now have an incorrect behavioral diagnosis from trying to simply advocate for myself and health needs. A year later still trying to recover from the damage done by this office. My now missing Gallbladder is proof enough it wasn't in my head!
I was seen by Julyvette Rodriguez. I am completely satisfied by my interaction with everyone at this location. I suffer from white coat syndrome. N.P. Rodriguez took the time to listen to me and addressed all my concerns. It wasn't just a practitioner with their back to me typing while I was talking. I felt heard and understood. She is compassionate and nurturing. Wish I discovered this practice several years ago.
I had my first doctor's appointment here and I'm not a fan of doctor's but today was the best experience. They are very fast in getting you an appointment and are very friendly. The front desk girls, the medical assistant, the lady that took my blood work and even Dr. Sasha Ramos were all amazing. This will be my permanent pcp.
No Dr. Will see you only practitioners. Beware your condition may worsen before they find out what's your real diagnosis!!! You have to go back and forth with same problem. Just because staff is nice does not mean you have good medical care....misdiagnosis is very common at this practice!!!!
