Avoid avoid avoid at all cost. Incompetent staff making you waste time and money doing test for no reason. More concerned about profits than helping people. Trying to have me come back for the third time for the same test because they didnt prescribe enough medicine the first time. Then collected the sample in the wrong container the second time. The Lab department at this location is a joke. They have you take a number. So I did. Yet everyone that walked in was waited on first. Why take a number if you're NOT going to use your system!? Those ladies working behind that plexiglass wall are RUDE!
This is my 2nd complaint in 2 months with this facility and now in particular Leslie. Every single month that I need my perscription refilled I have issues. This month I put in a my chart request to have it refilled on Tuesday 3/17. I hadn't heard anything by Thursday so I put in another mychart request. Still nothing so Friday morning at 8:30 I called and was told that the doctor sent a fax instead of electronicly and that they would send a message to get it corrected. The billing department with Ascension Practice is the worst that I have ever experienced. My physician Dr Jaweed miscoded my annual preventative physical, and I am being charged for the labs. Gee and others through the billing department were completely unprofessional in refused to help resolve the issue that stemmed from a coding and paperwork error on their end. They truly have no regard for their patients well-being, or the impact that their mistakes has on their financial and emotional life. I would never recommend this ... read more
