We have used this company several times to get home from the hospital. Their employees are always Competent, courteous, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for patient comfort and safety.
The canceled the trip for my father for no reason and he has an argent appointment with his doctor. I did opened a complaint with the city regarding what happened and hopefully they city will flag them soon.

Thank you so much for the service today. I was denied by 3 other ambulance service companies were unable accommodate. Primary care came through at last moment for my spouse appointment. If it wasn’t for them it would have been another missed appointment. Thank you to EMT Kenny and Gabrielle. The experience was a good one. We appreciated the service today.
