I could not get the results of a simple lab test; No one picks the phone anymore - was on hold for 44 minutes before hanging up realizing I am not intheir top 1000 priorities; impossible to do anything unless you physically show up which is so tiring (this is not the pre internet dark ages)
Both Dr. Amy Lynn and Dr. Judd were fantastic. Even the nurses were great as well. They tried to make me feel at ease since I’m sure I get a little bit of anxiety going to the doctor. They were great and I think I found new doctors for the rest of my life on earth.!
I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Judd was absolutely amazing. His bedside manner was more than awesome—kind, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring.
