I am only giving a 4 because I love Dr. Kasel. Otherwise I would give a 1 star on reception. I absolutely love and adore Dr. Kasel. She has been my family's doctor over 27 years. She seems me and my husband plus our children and also my mother. I love the two MA's Lourdes and Lisa. But dealing with the receptionist is a nightmare. She does not for one second interact.
