Dr caudle .. waited on him for week and a half for cpap prescription after mine broke. Called twice last week. Yesterday his assistant called said he can't do your cpap because there's no record of a nebuluzer. I don't have a nebulizer. I have cpap. Already confirmed last August I redid my sleep study through his referral. Inept!!
