I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at Adventist Health in Estacada. I want to begin by saying that Dr. Nolasco and his nurse, Chuck, have both been professional, compassionate, and attentive. My concerns are not with the medical care they have personally provided, but rather with how I have been treated by the front office staff and how my concerns have been handled administratively.
