ETA: I did contact the email provided in the response. Within 12 hours, the medical director stepped in and called in her prescription to the pharmacy. The upper level medical staff were very courteous. Thank you to all those who made this happen. My mom has been out of her needed meds for over a week. She was promised they would call the prescription into her pharmacy. That's been over a week! She's out! Whenever we call the office, nobody knows what's going on. Calls get routed to Tillamook! I'm ready to call a lawyer for ... read more

I didn't even meet the last doctor that took over my case after the three doctors I had in the last year that kept rotating this last Doctor who I never even met cut me off of my narcotics which I've been on for 20 years for my extreme pain from osteoporosis and osteoarthritis I wish I could take her to court and tell her how badly I went through withdrawals she didn't take for me off she cut me off completely everyone here all of the med text where I live thought she was a terrible person and a terrible doctor I never even ... read more
