Anna the np is very RUDE. I tried rating a half star- but that would have been too much. I have always liked Adventist Health- just not In Kelseyville, CA. Any longer. I felt verbally attacked & humiliated. Totally insulting. Disgraceful. Anna has the bedside manner of an alligator. No thank you. This woman has NO BUSINESS dealing with the PUBLIC. PERIOD.
My doctor has settled into her new digs and I find her to be caring, compassionate and most of all, informative as to her processes.
