Couldn’t have asked for better service! I was attending a wedding in the afternoon and Mo made sure that the work was done leaving me ample time!
The team at Primary is the best! Most competitive pricing i’ve seen in town, as well as quality care. I was unfortunately late for my appointment and Moe was still able to fix my breaks and have the car back to me by the end of the day. The team here doesn’t take advantage. They really care about their customers.
We had a problem with our tire pressure system while passing through Kelowna and stopped in at Primary Auto Repair. They attended to it quickly and we were back on the road in no time. Very professional - highly recommended.
10/10! Wonderful auto shop and Mo is fantastic to work with. I will never be going back to my dealer for repairs. Primary auto is fast, professional and super transparent with their pricing. I have never worked with a more trustworthy auto shop!
