Dr Dhingra is a complete a##hole. Had made up his mind what my diagnosis was before he even walked in the room. Stated "I've completely reviewed your extensive record". Yet the Electronic record only goes back to 2021. So didn't know I'd had 2 hips and 1 knee replacements, 4 lumbar surgeries, a 2-level cervical fusion, and 8 other surgeries. 2 greeters at the door to check for covid-19: one had mask below his nose and was slouching in his chair playing on his phone. Other one is insisting I come close so he can take my temperature and expose me to the mask-less guy. Nice signal that sends about caution and caring for people. Let me start by saying- because of my husband’s career in the Military we have traveled and lived all over the world. We have experienced surgeries, births, traumas, and three kids worth of doctors appointments for the last 18 years. That being said, I’m not sure I have ever been to a hospital where the employees are flat out rude.
