Our service technician was Dara, a truly compassionate and skilled HVAC and water heater miracle worker. Our furnace is quite old—41 years—and Dara approached us with honesty. He didn’t try to pressure us into replacing it or make false promises. Instead, he thoughtfully cleaned, tuned, and tested everything, showing genuine care for our situation. Dara has been servicing our HVAC needs for many years now. He has extraordinary expertise and has always guided us in the right direction. He has been available by phone quickly and always answers our questions with kindness and good natured receptivity. His service has helped tremendously! Primary Air Home Services delivered for me yet again! My water heater decided it had enough after 18yrs of use. Woke up at 1am in the morning to find our laundry room was flooded with water from the water heater leaking every where. Shut of the main line and called Primary Air Home Services the next morning. Dara was able to make it out to the house and help access the issue. Got a brand new water heater and lines installed the next day. Couldn't be more happy with the quick service.
Dara and team was great. They removed and installed the Heater unit with no issues. They were professional and told me every step of what they will be doing. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with their Home services. Best price out there as well.
