Primanti's in Cranberry used to be our go to place. We would go there several times a week. We loved the staff and had a lot of fun......now they took out the pool table. Sunday's there is a group of 15 - 20 people who would go and play pool every week. That is a lot of clientele who are now going somewhere else. You are losing a lot loyal regular customers who spent a lot of money at Primanti's. It is sad, I don't know what the management is thinking with this change. We won't be back!
Love the pizza! It's a great place with great service.
Price was great as well as great food
The food was good, service from the first waitress was good too. We then went to the bar only to see one of the servers work her ass off while the other one spent ALL her time flirting with one customer. She never once said hi to us (all the two hours we were there)!
When we arrived we were treated with exceptional service. Before even getting fully seated out on the patio, our server had a bowl of fresh water set down for my dog. I was surprised at how quickly the server came to do this considering it was busy. Our food was also very delicious and the sauces for the retro tots and fried pickles were amazing. The atmosphere was a relaxed let loose kind of feeling. Had a great experience, completed with great food for my first night in Pittsburgh. Thank you very much ;-)
One of the worst meals ever! Here are the reasons point by point..... 1. Don't ask for an 'extra salad dressing' as you will be charged for it. Unless you check your bill, you would never know it. It is not listed on the menu and not explained by the wait staff. 2. Have a 'famous' sandwich, but know what you think may be served as a cold sandwich could be hot....very hot.... I Walked in at 2 pm ordered a glass of wine and a kielbasa sandwich , the sandwich arrived a half hour later and all I saw on the sandwich was fries and other things I couldn't recognize so when I left I went to the dumpster and put the food out for the cats in the neighborhood .......... also why after an hour does no one talk to you or ask you how are things going ?????
love primanti's, but not this one. Smallest sandwiches of all I've ever been to, awful service, 15 minutes to order, waited for check for another 20, had to go to counter for all drink refills...
Pizza was good, but the service was horrible, hello people paying customer!! Wake up! I'll just go somewhere else don't need to wait for a bunch of idiots!!
