We have NEVER been disappointed by Primanti Bros. Restaurant. The food is always wonderful. The servers are friendly and they take great care of us.
We arrived around 8PM on a saturday evening. The place was busy but our party of 7 was immediately seated. The server addressed our table shortly after we were seated and had drinks to us within a couple of minutes. We placed our orders and our food arrived very timely for a busy saturday night. Several in my party had never had Primanti Bros food and was impressed with everything that was ordered. Everyone said it would be great to have one closer to home. Great experience!
Great spot for food and drinks!
I’ve told them about my bad experience and I guess they don’t care. They messaged me back to ask more details, and when I gave them, they didn’t care. They got my order completely wrong even though I spent $20 on a sandwich and fries. They never responded any further and didn’t try to fix my error. I will not be giving them any more of my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for your “$13 grilled chicken cabbage nothing” sandwich. I won’t be back.
