Poor communication skills and scheduling, Richard’s great with his hands and intuition but there was an issue with scheduling. Scheduled months out on Thanksgiving and a day right before the appointment I reached out because there was no reminder and I was worried about any cancellation fees, but I was met with ‘took the week off for Thanksgiving.’ That would have been nice to know, ruined my holiday and another instant, I reached out around 5 or so on a weekday and I was met with a smug, ‘you reached out after hours.’ No ho... read more
After my first therapeutic massage today with Richard my sciatica issue has been relieved. I’m so grateful for his expertise and I felt very comfortable in the surroundings. I’m looking forward to my next scheduled massage session with him.
