Terrible experience with them. The product itself isn't consistently increasing my testosterone even though I take it exactly as recommended. i reached out to their financing partner to see about canceling the service. They said that they do not report to any credit bureaus and that all i have to do is cancel with primal. Since requesting to cancel with primal, they have completely ghosted me. Excellent product and service. Especially Marc, he is very attentive to your needs and works tirelessly to provide customer satisfaction!
Major issues with this service. Doctors are unhelpful and rush appointments, my fitness app data disappeared with no resolution for 2 months, and their service uses too many separate apps for bloodwork, fitness, and documents. No way to cancel subscription yourself in their app. Requested a refund 3 months ago due to the overall poor experience, still not received or acknowledged by the ownership team who is responsible.
