Very professional, my ear had old scar tissue from years ago and he managed to get the piercing through.

We went to get a 2nd lobe piercing for our 10 year old. Walked in at 4:12 and walked out by 4:21. Chad was so friendly, welcoming, fast, and professional. He made our child feel calm and made sure it was exactly what she wanted. On top of that, the shop was immaculate. It was so clean and smelled fantastic. 10 out of 10 would go back.
Wonderful experience—facility was clean; got my piercing same day; Chad was professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I didn’t understand how a needle could be less painful than a gun, but Chad explained it, and more importantly, it was true. Very satisfied—definitely recommend
I took my daughter for a second set of ear piercings. Chad is wonderful! The shop is immaculate. We were in and out quickly. The longest part was the cleaning and marking. We will definitely be back!
