Waited over 2 weeks on updates to have my order delayed. Then called every day on hold for 20 minutes, Order now cancelled an now have to wait 5 days on refund. Very unhelpful when i eventually got through, Stay clear and just use a company that actually communicates with there customers

Didn't send my full order, accepted extra plates to make up for the wait and they never sent them! Sent the wrong flooring. Now I want to expand my gym floor and they won't reply to me to help source it. Will never deal with this company again.

I have purchased a half rack and needed some advice regarding it. I phoned the office and spoke with Gail who has been nothing short of exceptional. Gail has returned calls, kept me informed and been very helpful. Highly recommend, excellent customer service and after sales. Wish every company was like this.

Ordered approx £13k of equipment with Primal in September. We have ordered before with no issues, but something has gone seriously wrong recently. The first problem we had was with the platforms that came with our racks. They were bowed and curved beyond repair. We requested these to be replaced. Some 4 months later, we are still waiting for the correct platforms to be sent.
