Primal Strength has been the best investment i've ever done!! Marcus and Josh constantly motivate and encourage me to limits I never thought possible. The workouts are amazing and never repeat. The trainers take an interest in you and always encourage you with helpful tricks and tips to get the most out of every workout. I've lost weight but most of all I've gained so much strength and muscle. This year marks my 5th year at this gym and I owe my transformation to Primal.
