I first found Primal because my sons started working out there. They loved it. I feel that Harry, Blake and Cat have some secret sauce they use with all of their clients to get them excited about fitness, working hard, and having fun. Primal Performance has everything you want in a performance and casual gym! Great coaches, good equipment, and a friendly environment are all things that make it an easy place to stay consistent and keep improving.

Our 10 year old son just finished his second month with the Primal team. We’ve been highly impressed with the staff, workout approach/program, facility, and atmosphere. The team does a great job getting to know all of the kids and providing individualized coaching/guidance within a group setting. We can’t thank them enough for the physical and mental improvements in such a short timeframe.
