I have 2 daughters who started working out at Primal a couple of months ago. We signed them up to help build strength and speed for their competitive sports, and for injury prevention, and it's been awesome for all of those things. An amazing side effect, that I hadn't even thought of when I signed them up, has been the impact on their mentality. We’ve had a fantastic experience with Primal for my teenage son. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really know how to work with teens—focusing on building strength, confidence, and proper technique. It’s a safe, supportive environment that pushes him just the right amount. He loves going! Highly recommend for any parent looking to get their teen into a healthy, positive routine.
Primal offers a super great environment, encouraging atmosphere, and the trainers are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great for all ages at any level, athlete or not.
