I gave a five star because I am not a A55hol3. I don't go there. I did call up to find out more details about joining and Tom Newton was great to speak with. So much so that I took time from my day to write this. From a potential customer question he showed dedication and sincere human interaction. I choose another gym purely on financial basis and when he called back the next day he was genuinely happy that I was doing something physical to stay healthy. The gym itself is pretty good — it has all the essential machines, even though it’s not very big. What I don’t like is how much focus they give to personal training sessions. There are often areas you can’t use or have to ask for permission to access, and the mats are not always available because they’re kept in the class area (there aren’t many of them, but the variety is decent considering the gym’s size). The gym is located close to the main st. You have many machines but not all the spaces of the gym are available to use every time. If there’s class, the biggest salon and the part where bar are located they are closed, if an instructor wants to use the place you were using, it will also be unavailable. If you need space to do some abs it wont be so easy to find it. The gym is nice, and the atmosphere is good too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. However, I think they lack a lot of equipment. When classes are being held, you can't train with the equipment because they take everything for the class. It's like you're forced to join their classes...
