Great gym very clean and the owners are very helpful
Level 11 is a true gym. A weight room. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. Trent and Courtney are very committed to having a clean environment with helpful suggestions and encouragement. They offer a variety of routines and programs that can help everyone !!
Joined about a month ago and love the atmosphere. Great selection of equipment and Courtney is a great trainer. If you’re looking for a gym to join I recommend Level 11
Courtney ad Trent are the best. They care about the health and injury prevention of athletes. Working with Courtney you get the knowledge of an athletic trainer, physical therapist assistant and a personal trainer. Only one I trust with my knee replacement. My son is working on lifting and form with her before entering high school to teach lifting form and technique and strengthening to help prevent any injuries.
