They do good work but before you give them a call, get a written guaranteed quote and make sure they stick to it. Transparency is very important to a business and also to the customer. It is basically a requirement in today’s business. But unfortunately nothing was discussed in this most recent job.
When doing a big electrical job in your house or business, my advice would be shop around and get multiple quotes and advice/opinions. Ask details on the extra costs outside of the hourly rate that is quoted repeatedly. Ask who will be doing the work. Read the invoices carefully to ensure you are being charged for products they actually purchased, and items that are not temporary and they'll eventually replace with other items (that you'll also be charged for). Primal completed upgrade of electrical in our Penticton main floor reno, and are in the process of upgrading the electrical system in our lower level suite. Owner Chad, office Manager, Chantelle, and all staff (Robin, Shawn ....some names escape my memory) are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. Primal remains our choice for an electrical contractor. Kudos to this company!
