We discovered Primal Athlete Training Center and Matt when our daughter began throwing the shot put. Matt is excellent with student athletes. Sarah became State Champion in her Junior year and adding the structure of Primal and training of Matt & staff enhanced Sarah's focus and dedication to lifting and sports. I will always recommend Primal for any student athlete.
I trained with Matt when I was in high school. No doubt he helped me throw the shotput significantly farther. He's very knowledgeable and I made friends from other towns. He has a full gym with an indoor throwing circle. We throw outside at a local high school when the weather was nice. Also, I love his t-shirts they are soft and athletic-fit.
