Shirley was very helpful in improving my breathing. Before working with her, I had severe breathing issues and I now am able breathe so much better which has led to more relaxation in my life. She also has a very friendly environment for her practice and she knows her stuff, so I'd definitely recommend her. Thank you Primal Air!
