The receptionists are nice in person. If the problem is initially brought up via phone call, they would rather fight first before gathering all facts/information. My physician, whom I have been under their care of 20+ years, is of asian descent AND belongs to the baby boomer generation, is a treat to talk to compared to these receptionists.
Dr. Kar Quek Recieves a vote of 10 from me. I have been seeing him for about 25 years. His service is top notch, always on time, knows me and all of my medical history. Knows when to refer me for a specialist and " knows the doctor who he is referring me to personally" Quite important. His bed side manner, smiles, happy and you would think he has memorized all of his medical instructions from his University . I would not hesitate to refer him.
First. Pick up your phone. Second don’t call your self a medic centre if you don’t take walk in’s. Third. DO NO HARM. You’re a medi centre with doctors. Remember your oath.
Staff are so appropriate able, friendly and helpful. Dr. Mike Kiltz is wonderful
