Quite honestly the WORST clinic and staff. Receptionist is extremely rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming. My wife and I had an appointment for our newborn which turned out to be a nightmare. The receptionist yells and give you attitude over the phone and while you are at the clinic. Telling me “I can yell at my wife but not at her and walks off with attitude”. Not walk-in anymore
not a sunrise clinic anymore and now if you are out of province they charge you to go see the doctor there under the new upper management very lame considering that my family doctor work there for the last 5 years 150$ they do not mention it on the phone however the service is great
Not a walk in clinic despite the reviews and information on google saying it is. Wasted my time.
I would recommend Dr. Al Houssan to friends and family.The service at the clinic is speedy and efficient. He has been our family doctor for 22 years and pays special interest in his patients.
