I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service and billing practices at this clinic. I recently called to cancel an upcoming appointment, ensuring I gave proper notice. Despite my proactive cancellation, on my subsequent visit, I was fined for a $50 fee. It is clear to me that my cancellation request was either not processed or completely overlooked by the clinic staff. I've always had a great experience with the staff here, they've always been friendly and understanding. Always helpful, informative and very consistent with appointment booking.

The people at the front desk do not know what they are doing. I made an appointment in January and they phoned me and told me the Dr was off. I told her I would make a new appointment later as I had to check with work. I phoned and made a new appointment in February, and on the day I walked in and the lady said I did not have an appointment. But I missed an appointment in January which I did not miss. Almost every review about the front desk staff seems to be consistent with my experience. It appears to be the person managing the front desk. The rest of the staff seems to emulate that person’s style of communication. I felt them to be loud, rude and inflexible. For walk-in would not recommend. They wasted my whole day. Told me my turn would come every 30 minutes and then let other people through. Drs are great. I think it’s time for me to consider another clinic.
