We experienced a short waiting time, but Dr. Mark demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism. The staff were also very helpful and courteous.
There are three Philippine women that sit at the front in this clinic and they yap incessantly in Tagalog assuming nobody can understand what they are talking about. As a result the waiting experience sounds like a medical clinic in the Philippines rather than one in Canada. If you want long wait times and sounds associated with these ladies yapping then this is the clinic for you.
Came here as a walk in to get a new prescription and had no issues at all! Kind reception staff and very understanding doctor. Great experience!
This clinic is the best clinic in the area . I have never experienced such quick and wonderful service anywhere in my life in Canada . Felt like staff and doctors actually care for their patients . They don’t treat them as numbers. Huge Thanks to Dr Booyens. He is the most caring doctor I have ever met . Can’t thank him enough
I would give 10 stars if possible. For years I've been coming to this clinic and I was never disappointed. All of the doctors are experienced and hands down amazing. Highly recommend!
