Receptionist is completely useless! As this is my family doctor. Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago cause apparently that’s the soonest I could get in. Show up for my appointment and they don’t have me booked in and they won’t be able to get me in! What a joke!
Absolutely worthless front desk staff
Best to book the whole day off if you are working.. Had an appointment for 1245, didn't get in until 1:30. Can't do much when you do need to see a doctor.. Sit back and wait for your turn, might as well bring some snacks while you wait lol Update for another visit. Appointment was booked for 12:30. Came in at 12:00. It's 1:40 now and the doctor is not even in the clinic yet.
Finally, someone picked up the phone but hung up right away?
The receptionists are absolutely horrible. They dont answer calls . Apparently it is a walk in clinic. You have to personally go in to book an appointment, and when u do try to see the doctor then the receptionist tells you to just show up which is clearly not the case. I hope one day they get the same treatment they give out.
