Best to book the whole day off if you are working.. Had an appointment for 1245, didn't get in until 1:30. Can't do much when you do need to see a doctor.. Sit back and wait for your turn, might as well bring some snacks while you wait lol Update for another visit. Appointment was booked for 12:30. Came in at 12:00. It's 1:40 now and the doctor is not even in the clinic yet.
Finally, someone picked up the phone but hung up right away?
The receptionists are absolutely horrible. They dont answer calls . Apparently it is a walk in clinic. You have to personally go in to book an appointment, and when u do try to see the doctor then the receptionist tells you to just show up which is clearly not the case. I hope one day they get the same treatment they give out.
Dr. Akinloye is horrible. You have to chase him down for any sort of answers from tests you’ve had, he also once stated me losing 13lbs in a week was good because my BMI was normal now (I’m an incredibly active and fit person). Factor in how horribly the clinic is ran as a whole - don’t waste your time.
Took the time to try and fit me in last minute. The only place to actually help. AFTER WAITING for over 2 hrs and still no dr. I have reduced the stars. Saying you will get someone in and actually doing it are different things
