Dr. Monica Yue was great to work with - I felt confident in her assessment and she made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was able to get an appointment the day after calling, and in clinic had no wait time. Most of the bad reviews for this clinic are in regards to the receptionist/front of office, but the actual level of care from the physicians is what is important in the end. I personally had a perfectly fine experiene with the front office.

I and a First time parent and I am so grateful for Dr Tong and This entire clinic. I came here for my first pregnancy which sadly ended. From the beginning I was met with kindness and grace from reception to doctors. And was told they would happily take me on again when I got pregnant again. Fast forward to this year , all my prenatal appointments were done, I felt very well cared for, and was even referred to an amazing specialist for some of my pregnancy complications. I’ve been in this clinic for so many years. And all the stuff and doctors are really accommodating. They will really help you as long as they can. And will try to fit you in if they can. They are also patience in handling phone calls and booking an appointment. Thank you for all the hard work. So thankful being in this clinic. Well done! And keep it up guys!
This clinic is by far the best I have been to. The staff are cheerful, friendly and accomodating. I’m always greeted with a warm hello when I come in and the doctors I have seen have all been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I never have a problem getting an appointment and they are always on time. I have only ever had to wait to see a doctor twice (and I go in every week for allergy shots!!). I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to get quality healthcare in a friendly and welcoming environment.
