Terrible service. They can't differentiate between in-person and phone appointments and blame the patient and yell at them on the phone even though the patient is right. Even dogs are treated better. The Ontario Ministry of Health should inspect how this place operates.
One of the worse service! Never answer the calls / no support at all. nice doctors, but meeting them is so hard, Dr. Anca is the best, so we are staying with this medical center for many years. this center should display the numbers, people will know when they will be called, it will help them to reduce pressure in the operation. they had it in many years back , they took it down. they should put back. pressure in every job in different form, that's not excuse to not answer call or give a poor service. no one is going their ... read more
Waited over an hour to be seen. Opened at 9am and an announcement was made 10am that the Doctor was not showing up today and to leave the clinic
