Extremely disappointing experience! Called twice to inquire about the Dr. Anca's timing for Saturday walk ins which was supposed to be at 9 am, called a day before to confirm as well, but upon reaching Milton Family Care Center at 8:45 the front desk told me she is not accepting patients anymore because she started at 8 am and it was a last minute decision and blaming patient that they need to be pro active in their inquiries, it was a very upsetting experience.

One of the worst clinics in town.. the front staff is not trained to be emphatic when that is their first job. If you are working in a clinic or running a clinic remember this is not an ordinary place and training of the staff should be done accordingly. I am going to leave this place asap

The reception people are unprofessional. They do not know how to talk with customers and patients. They put down phone on me without answering and while I was asking questions on clinic policies for vaccination. It raised my blood pressure and feel bad about their approach.

Dr. Karas provided exceptional primary urgent care. He is competent and compassionate. The administrator is polite and organized. Wonderful medical experience. I am very grateful. Note that in person rather than phone communication is prioritized.

Been going here for over 15 years now. Quality of service from front desk has gone down drastically and dramatically. They don’t return patients calls and voicemails, and they no longer call patients with reminders which in turn is causing miss appointments. However, they will demand a $40 no show or cancellation fee.
