Today is the second time in a week , i cannot see the walkin doctor here because the doctor leaves early. Clinic is open till 8:00PM and at 7:05 PM front desk apologizes me saying “sorry but dr just left. We can not do anything , if there are no patients they leave early” . Totally upset, cannot understand this snobbish and irresponsible attitude . If the patients need to wait couple of hours to see doctors , they also need to wait for us until end of their shifts.
I've been a patient of Dr. Patroi for many many years and I've never been disappointed. She is very thorough and the rest of the staff in the office are friendly and always willing to help. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you to Dr. Patroi and all the office staff. You are appreciate! Thank you again.
Extremely disappointing experience! Called twice to inquire about the Dr. Anca's timing for Saturday walk ins which was supposed to be at 9 am, called a day before to confirm as well, but upon reaching Milton Family Care Center at 8:45 the front desk told me she is not accepting patients anymore because she started at 8 am and it was a last minute decision and blaming patient that they need to be pro active in their inquiries, it was a very upsetting experience.
One of the worst clinics in town.. the front staff is not trained to be emphatic when that is their first job. If you are working in a clinic or running a clinic remember this is not an ordinary place and training of the staff should be done accordingly. I am going to leave this place asap
The reception people are unprofessional. They do not know how to talk with customers and patients. They put down phone on me without answering and while I was asking questions on clinic policies for vaccination. It raised my blood pressure and feel bad about their approach.
