Dr Towadross is outstanding family doctor,very compassionate and listens to all concerns without any rush.he explains everything in detail and truly cares.
Dr. Tawadros is great doctor, but for some reason each time for my appointment I was on time, but i had to wait 30 to 45 minutes than taken inside. never I could enter with my appointment time, always I had to wait.
Worst wait times even with an appointment
Today is the second time in a week , i cannot see the walkin doctor here because the doctor leaves early. Clinic is open till 8:00PM and at 7:05 PM front desk apologizes me saying “sorry but dr just left. We can not do anything , if there are no patients they leave early” . Totally upset, cannot understand this snobbish and irresponsible attitude . If the patients need to wait couple of hours to see doctors , they also need to wait for us until end of their shifts.
I've been a patient of Dr. Patroi for many many years and I've never been disappointed. She is very thorough and the rest of the staff in the office are friendly and always willing to help. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you to Dr. Patroi and all the office staff. You are appreciate! Thank you again.
