Quick in and out, problem solved very professionally.
I was interrogated by receptionists when trying to make a follow up appointment after seeing one of the practice's doctors in the ER. They wanted me to do a follow up for test results, but it appears it the receptionists that make that call not the doctor themselves.
The few times that I have gone to this medical clinic have been great. The reception staff are friendly and kind. The doctor that I've seen has been great and the wait time is usually pretty quick.
Not accommodating.. No Doctor available taking new patients goodbye.. Talk about customer service or at least give me an option 🤷♀️
I want to thank Dr. E. Tsoi for helping me get through my pregnancies. He’s been my Doctor since 2018. My 1st delivery was Emergency C-Section and it was done in regina due to lack of facilities way back in 2018, and because of that i prepared for my recent pregnancy and was ready to go to RGH just because the maternity ward in St. Joseph is not operational yet.
