I visited this clinic recently and, while the receptionist was very polite, my experience with Dr. Dennis Reich was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the waiting room and was brought into a room right away. Despite this, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before Dr. Dennis Reich saw me. Very sorry wait times and knowledgeable employees
Dr Reich, not a good experience told him the symptoms and he never even checked just seemed very annoyed and was extremely rude and short basically rushed out the door on to the next person without saying anything. He use to be a really good dr but now just seems burnt out and careless. Maybe time to think of retiring. Being a dr is not for him anymore.
Just slogged from the back of the busy Superstore parking lot, walked all the way from one end of the store to another, sick as a dog, just to find that the clinic was closed at 4:35pm despite the website saying they were open until 7:00pm. There was nobody in the waiting room, so they should not have needed to close so early. Then I walked back through the maze of registers because they were all blocked, then slogged back, again sick as a dog.
This review is not about the physicians. I have been a Medical Administrative Assistant for over 22 years and never have I encountered such a rude unprofessional receptionist as this older blond lady. It is horrible and extremely bad for patient care. She should be dismissed as clearly it is not her profession. The young girl is absolutely amazing and goes out of her way to make sure the patients waiting are taken care of.
