The receptionists are very helpful and willing to work with you. Dr. Rachura runs a great practice and really listens to patients.
I am new to Ottawa, don’t have family doctor as of yet. Went to clinic this morning and I was accommodated promptly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor Sam was awesome! Thank you for what you guys do on daily basis. So very apprciative
I wasn’t feeling very well for a very long time I visited doctor 4th times for the same problem that I had and he kept telling me it isn’t very bad do some exercises you will be fine. At 5th visit i asked for some tests then one day I got a call from his office saying that doctor want to see me and I found out that my problem was serious Usually people complain about the receptionist being rude but this client is opposite the doctor is very rude. I’m extremely dissatisfied from this clinic. Lots of unpleasant situations over the years. Also, office hours are not accurate as the doctor is almost always not available.
