Dr Lim has been a wonderful doctor for my daughter Kayla always available when I need him. He returns call always also calls to make sure my daughter is okay. The ladies in the office are also very friendly and always tries to help and get my daughter an appointment right away .. My daughter is very complexed and Dr Lim has been my idol for help.
Absolutely love my doctor, however the receptionists (at least the one anyways) seem to always be in a bad mood whenever I phone. Not a pleasant taste in the mouth whatsoever which is a shame.
Receptionist is terrible.
By far the best doctors office I could imagine! Dr Lim, Heather and receptionists are always so welcoming. Easy to call and get through to someone. Appointments are always available especially if I have to get one of the kids in quickly! Anytime the family has needed referrals - they are sent out quickly. Everyone at this office treats my family with a lot of respect. Very happy this is our family doctor.
