Dr Pellini is my go to doctor. Took over from Dr Deichert many years ago. Very caring and attentive.
My family doctor is Dr. Lim. He is an excellent doctor, he listens patiently and give best advice. The receptionists are very polite and helpfull. I needed a document for my test they help me right away over the phone which I really appreciated.
Dr. Pellini is rude, arrogant and his attitude is unacceptable. Although it's difficult to find a family doctor, I finally have because I refuse to deal with someone who is so insolent. When I asked: "How do you think I got and umbilical hernia?", his answer was: "Women develop them when they are old and fat." There is no reason for a doctor to address his patients this way and that put an end to my relationship with the Halton Family Health Centre. Love my doctor but the one receptionist makes me want to avoid booking an appointment at all costs, constant attitude and always miserable.
