I had called my doctors office ( Doctor Land) his wife, who is the receptionist is disgustingly rude. I had asked about booking an appointment, she asked for my reasoning. I had explained it to her, she then told me that using rocket Doctor her husband has to pay for this and she needs to see if I am still on their roster as a patient. This review is for Dr. Lands practice, as Dr. Veal's practice is separate. I have been with him since he took over for Jilensen around a decade ago. His administration staff has no bedside manor. She is rude, lacks medical knowledge, even those she delivers your test results, declines appointments, and fails to return calls and provide information, such has who you are referred too. Terrible customer service from the receptionist. Rude. Does not care about patients what so ever. I'm sure the doctor is fine but his staff is a terrible mess.

Was scheduled by own Dr at this clinic. The receptionist was attentive and professional. Dr Land was very invested in what was ailing me. I was more than satisfied with his professional approach. I actually left there with a diagnosis and prescription. I was very impressed. Thank you Dr Land!
