This clinic staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They book appointments for my daughter as per referral from family physician and gave us different numbers and addresses . Apt was at 6 30 pm and clinic call my daughter same day of appointment asking if we can come at 6 . She said no. They never told us that clinic will be close at 6 30 or if they cancel appointment so when we went to the given address that clinic we close . It took us an hr to get there. We have been going here for years. Sometimes it seems the people are having a bad day we have always gotten good medical advice from here.
Reception staff were very helpful in sorting through my questions & my consultation that followed with Dr. Yamamoto was stellar, his experience proceeded him with concise questions, clear communication and respectable efficiency. I look forward to my followup appointment!
