Money is more important than their clients. They want a staggering 7 days notice if you want to cancel a support worker on a public holiday, or else they will take your money despite not using their service on that day and despite low funds! Realistically you can get COVID the day before your public holiday appointment yet they will still charge money because there was no 7 days notice! Ive been using Primacy Care for years now. They are professional and provide great service. Kaitlin and Emma have been great to work with.
Only care about how much funding you have. Even if you’re desperate for support, they don’t care. They will schedule a time to call you and not call, nor communicate a different time. They just care about money.
