Dr Faisal Ayembillah showed professionalism and compassion. He took the time to listen and provided excellent medical advice. He is a caring doctor who truly wants the best for his patients.
Unacceptable wait times and lack of transparency I attempted to become a patient of Dr. Sivakumar but found the intake process to be highly unprofessional The 'Screening' Process: After initially booking a meet and greet, I was told the doctor needed to review our health history before moving forward. This creates the uncomfortable impression that the clinic is cherry-picking patients based on their health status rather than providing care. They have poor excuses and lack of care for their patients. Their hours are not meant for anyone who works an adult job and they expect you to work around the doctors schedule, not around yours, especially when you pay for any services. Do NOT go here, you'll waste your time.
I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now. Dr. Sivakumar, her assistant and staff run an efficient and excellent clinic. The care from the doctor and her assistant is professional and with heart. I am grateful to have found this clinic. The location is also good - you can easily take transit and connection by bike gets better all the time.
