They have poor excuses and lack of care for their patients. Their hours are not meant for anyone who works an adult job and they expect you to work around the doctors schedule, not around yours, especially when you pay for any services. Do NOT go here, you'll waste your time.
I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now. Dr. Sivakumar, her assistant and staff run an efficient and excellent clinic. The care from the doctor and her assistant is professional and with heart. I am grateful to have found this clinic. The location is also good - you can easily take transit and connection by bike gets better all the time.

Don't even bother calling. They hung up on me and told me that they were too busy to wait for me to grab my Healthcare number. Unprofessional and disrespectful reception.
I wish I’ll give negative rating. This is one of the worst clinics in Edmonton. This guys are very unprofessional and doesn’t care about the appointment. Everyones time is important. If you can't honor an appointment don't give one. Edit: Completely forget to mention the doctor name . It is Dr. Prabavathy Sivakumar.
