I have been going to this clinic for two years. I have always been able to get an appointment with my doctor fairly quickly, and I do not usually experience a wait when I go for my appointment. Updated review: it's now 9 years almost at this clinic. I am updating from 4 to 5 stars as I appreciate the ease of getting an appointment and that most of the time, I can just do a phone appointment. My doctor has never ignored my concerns.
If this is your family good luck. The receptionist is very unfriendly and rude. Talking to a doctor just over the phone seems impossible they are trying to force you to come in every time. They don’t even listen just repeating themselves. Dr Krehmed is trying her best but the team around her makes it a nightmare experience.
This location only has a family practitioner I don’t understand why they put a board outside of superstore that says family and walk in clinic. Management should change it to only family practitioner . Thanks
