He had an eeg done on me. The lady who did the eeg was great. But there is a younger girl who works in the reception area and every time I call about any test results to speaks to me in a very rude tone. I hate calling their office and asking anything if she answers the phone.

Dr. Primack seemed to have no courtesy for my father as his patient. He talked to me with my father right next to us, as if he wasn't even there. His comments we very inconsiderate and he just really didn't seem very concerned with his welfare. Office staff were great, but he was borderline rude for all of our visits, none of which were any help.

Dr. Primack has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. He listens to all my concerns and questions. He's very knowledgable and respectful. As to the person who complained about the nerve conduction studies he does, I have had one too and NO it is not painful. I have had more discomfort from static electricity off a doorknob! If a patient is able to get a response like that from Dr. Primack, I would imagine the patient was uncooperative.

I saw Dr. Primack for nerve damage and he did a nerve conduction study. He was very rude and impatient as if I was bothering him. The nerve conduction study revealed I had moderate nerve damage. As he was conducting the nerve conduction study, it was painful and he said, "Oh stop it, it isn't that bad." He was just overall ignorant and I will never go back to him.

Dr. Primack is amazing. Ive gone through so much that my old Doctor seemed either too ignorant to figure out, or too cocky to see past his own assessments that I had nothing serious. Since Ive been in Dr. Primacks care, a number of issues have been discovered and cared for. His "bedside manner" is impeccable and he listens to and (most importantly) believes his patients. I would not switch to another Neurologist for anything!
