Horrific experience. My baby was given an EXPIRED vaccination. My daughter was given 4 vaccines on the same day, we were called several hours later to tell us that one was expired. I couldn’t even speak. Total disbelief at such incompetence. A serious breach of basic medical safety and should never happen in any healthcare setting, especially involving a 1 year old.
