I had a pleasant experience at this clinic.
The receptionists at this clinic are dismissive, entitled, condescending and lack regard for the importance of early appointment referral to your family MD. They answer the phone sounding annoyed to be assisting patients with concerns, dismissing their urgency for an appointment and being unaccommodating. I have waited 7 months for a dermatology referral that was never received on the other end. Multiple phone calls to the receptionists regarding this, with the response of “well we faxed it”.
