First of all haven't had a good experience with Dr.Premachandra so far, feels like he doesnt care to discuss your issues and offer advice, just wants to push you out the door. Second and most important, I had my 14 month old son with me for my appointment, I was looking at the Dr talking to him for a few seconds and when I looked back at my son he was about to put his hands into an open container of used needles they had on the floor. How careless, unacceptable and disgusting
At Prima Phone calls are answered and returned promptly. Communication and follow up makes you feel that you are a priority to them. Dr. Leitch is an amazing proactive doctor. After 35 years of having the best doctor possible, I believe I found someone in the same league.
Great place for your health needs. Only thing their missing for 5 stars would be proper phone and online communication, it's almost impossible to reach them sometimes. Edit: they have now fixed communications and have become the best clinic I've ever experienced. Friendly, they will listen, fast thinkers, compassionate. And lately, I recently saw that little sparkle in the nurses eyes when she was explaining things. She also recognized I was nervous and calmed me down through conversation.
