Have yet to find a PCP like this one. Dr. Seide is attentive, knowledgeable and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. The entire team is so kind and welcoming, amazing customer service. Each visit has been a pleasant experience!
I had a very disappointing experience at Prima Healthcare today. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 AM and was kept waiting until after 12:00 PM, which is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. What made the situation worse was witnessing a patient who arrived later explain—in Creole—that his appointment was for later in the day and that he could not return.
