I highly recommend Rachael to anyone who needs deep tissues/trigger points massages. After 20 years in the military, my body has took a beating. After 2 visits, my range of motion is coming back and having less everyday pain. Not saying she works miracles but you’ll definitely feel better after than when you walked in.

I’ve been seeing Rachael for two months now. My body is finally feeling back to its old self. Four years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I went thru two years of treatment and my body has not been the same. She is so professional and her place is super adorable. I always look forward to each appointment and refer her to all my friends and family.

I was nervous for my first appointment as I've haven't had many massages. But Rachel's was great. She was very friendly and informative about what she was doing and continually asked how I was feeling. I'll be going back again. I highly recommend her.
