Very disappointing experience with Prima Coffee Equipment. Ordered an espresso machine which is in stock there. The site advertises that the item will be shipped within 24h. It has now been 6 days and it still has not been shipped. No one there can tell me when it will be shipped. I feel I have been completely misled by them and wish I had ordered from someplace else.
