Marcus did an amazing job, called him back to do the downstairs and the carpet now looks fresh and good as new. Definitely recommend.
I hired Marcus as he was the only one of 3 Co's that I approached, that answered his phone when I rang. He asked me to send some photos of the items I needed cleaning: 2 x sofas, 1 x recliner chair & 11 treads of a stair carpet. He gave me a quote by return which was accepted. He arrived promptly on the day & worked tirelessly, never stopping for a break. He was here 3.5/4 hrs and has done a 1st class clean. Coffee spillage on a cream carpet. Tried a couple of suggested remedies but hopeless. Made three calls to carpet cleaning sevice providers but Marcus was the only one who asked relevant questions about the stain. He did a great job the coffee stain has gone and my carpet looks great. Professional and highly efficient.
