The one star isn’t even deserved.
The girl in the Middle window is so RUDE! She wanted to cancel my appointment because i’m late 13 minutes and she is talking very rude with the other people as well. The other girls are nice.
We had an appointment with a nurse practitioner and felt that we were quite rushed, and our questions did not receive adequate time or attention. We also felt that we were a burden to the receptionist at the front desk. We had scheduled a follow-up phone appointment at their request, but unfortunately, they did not call us. We attempted to contact the office twice and left messages on both occasions, but we did not receive a return call. I've had 5+ appointments with either NP, other technician and the doctor. I had a an appointment with a technician that went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and calm. It was an awesome experience especially since I hate doctors. As for the doctor, his treatment plan has improved my quality of life. I can walk without pain. Yes. I would recommend this office.
I was Refered to this place for lipedema . They knew I think was Comming for help with lipedema . Had a 25 yr old kid supposedly a np that assured me she would support me with getting help with lipedema and getting lipedema surgery approved as it was a necessity for me to recover from being crushed in a car and now I can’t get care because they lied and said they only do lymph edema . After months and months and apts with them . Apparently there is a reason they are taking new patients .
